Training sessions are 45-minutes.
There are Life Addicts Studio members that have been with us for 5+ years, continually working toward making healthy living a lifestyle (i.e. a journey not a destination). When you join, it will be for a minimum of 12-months, though you’re welcome to stay longer and continue to build your healthy lifestyle in community.
Sessions have a max 8 members at a time training in a designated studio.
We offer open gym hours for all members on days opposite of their normal training sessions. That means all embers have the opportunity to workout at least 4x per week at the facility.
The annual investment is noted above on the enrollment form. For your convenience we’ve provided multiple options to make payment on your annual membership on a schedule that works for you.
We offer a Fit Family rate (20%) off the current membership rate, for any family members beyond the 1st who live in the same household.

We’re all about empowerment & education so you feel confident making health-minded decisions beyond the 4 walls of the studio.
We offer a vault of simple & delicious whole-food recipes to fit a variety of eating preferences (i.e. plant-based, low-carb, high protein, vegetarian etc.).
We also provide access to a personalized nutrition guide & holistic nutrition education in bite-sized resources that are easy to consume & implement.
