All purchases are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances.

All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied. Buyers acknowledge that all equipment is used and may show normal wear and tear.

If you would like to inspect any equipment before purchasing, you must contact us through our website contact page to request an appointment. Inspection times are limited and subject to availability.

We will not hold any equipment without completed purchase. All items are available on a first come, first served basis.

Buyers are responsible for bringing appropriate help, tools, and transportation to safely remove their items. Staff may not be available to assist with lifting or loading.

As we are still operating our fitness studio, we must navigate pickup strategically. Once purchased online, the item will be held under your name. 

Pick up will be Saturday, May 23rd from 9:00am - 2:00pm at 2035 28th Street Ct. SE, Suite O, Grand Rapids, MI 49508.

Any items not picked up by the end of the final pickup window on May 22, without prior arrangement, will be considered forfeited. Forfeited items will be donated or discarded at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.

By participating in pickup, buyers assume all responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during removal, transport, or future use of the equipment. We are not liable for any such incidents.
