THE HOMEBODY PROGRAM is intended to promote strength, balance, mobility and weight loss in sedentary individuals and beginner to intermediate, conveniently using the furniture you already have. ALL YOU NEED IS YOU! NO WEIGHTS, NO GYM! However, this program can be modified to service advanced individuals as well, by adding weights and speeding up repetitions. The program is 4 weeks strong, 3 days a week allowing a day of rest in between each day.
